      <description>I'm starting to research my first trip to India, possibly January 09.   Leaning toward the northern part of the country.  Any recommendations on where I might be able to study classical music as a beginner?  Also interested in Kirtan?  I am well schooled in Western/European Music and have chanted for a few years in the yoga community.</description>
