Re: Seattle Kirtan?
Sun, October 7, 2007 - 9:47 AMThere is the My Sweet Lord Cafe on University Ave about 2 blocks south of Ravenna Blvd. They have programs a few days a week and Wed evening is the kirtan night. Starts at 7:30 I think.
There is also the temple in Redmond now, and I also know of 2 groups that meet in Marysville and Sedro Wooley. If you want the info on those let me know. -

Re: Seattle Kirtan?
Thu, October 18, 2007 - 10:54 PMCool, thanks everyone. I'd really like to find a Saivite kirtan group too though! I'm starting to feel a little overwhelmed by ISKCON and would like to also maintain friendships outside that association. -

Re: Seattle Kirtan?
Fri, June 13, 2008 - 8:07 PMHi,
We are also realatively new to the area. We moved here from Austin, TX and miss our kirtan gatherings very much. Where is the temple in Redmond? Do you know when the chanting happens? Anything on weekends?
Thanks! -
